STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PAYMENT TERMS:
50% deposit. 40% upon delivery. 10% after project completion.
(3% Will be added if paid by Credit Card, No fees for ACH payments)
CONDITIONS:
- Approval and Payment: Materials will only be purchased once all submittals and permits are approved, and the deposit is received as per the payment terms.
- Lead Time: The quoted lead time is a best-effort estimate and may change due to supplier delays or backorders.
- Insurance: Certificates of insurance are available upon request. If additional insured coverage is required, an additional $150.00 per certificate will be charged. Waiver of subrogation is quoted upon request.
- Permit Delays: National Glass & Construction is not responsible for permit delays or additional fees resulting from unrelated scope of work on site.
- Workmanship Warranty: Workmanship is warrantied for a period of one (1) year by National Glass & Construction.
- Proposal Basis: The proposal is based on the interpretation of plans, specifications, and information provided. It is subject to change if specifications or field conditions vary.
- Contract Binding: No statement, representation, or agreement, whether written or verbal, not included in this contract or an approved change order, is binding or acceptable.
- Work Hours: The proposal is based on standard company business hours (Monday-Friday). If after-hours or weekend work is required, additional costs must be approved by change order.
- Price Adjustments: The price is subject to field verification, engineering calculations, and building permit requirements.
- Credit Card Payments: A 3% fee will be added for credit card payments.
