Window Installer

Job Description

• Seeking skilled window and door installers for residential and commercial projects in guidance with Florida building codes.
• Must be able to handle projects from start to finish including the installation, finish, inspection, and followups.
• Proper knowledge and use of construction power tools.
• Basic trim work and detail-oriented.
• Diagnostic Skills: assessment, problem solving, decision making
• Proficient measuring abilities.
• Maintain safe working environment and clean workspace.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Loading and unloading materials from truck to work sites.
• Read and comprehend construction plans and NOA paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent
• Driver’s License (Clean Record)
• US work authorization
• Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing impact doors and windows (Willing to train right candidate)
• 1 year Drywall/Stucco repair
• General Carpentry Skills
• Completion of apprenticeship
• Good social skills working with individuals and teams
• Good communication and professionalism with clients
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong safety
